Contact form, Sidebar, Download button plugins are not visible. in Redmine 1.3.0

Thanks for your efforts.
And plugins are very useful to me.

but I migrate Redmine from 1.2.1 to 1.3.0.
some of your plugins are not visible in project setting tabs.

contact form
- invisible administration→setting
sidebar contenct
- Grant “Manage sidebar” permission to me.
- invisible project→setting
download button
- invisible project→setting

But, Author plugin work well and visible overview page.
No error log.

Thank you for the feedback!

You are missing Project Settings plugin which is used to add a tab to project settings. This however does not explain why you do not get a tab in Administration menu... To avoid such situations I plan to remove dependencies on Project Settings plugin.

I’m using 1.3.0 on my dev machine and I get the tab in Administration... Please try restarting Redmine and confirm you do not see it.

P.S. Wow! A huge plugins list!

But sorry to read more install instruction
I was install “Remine Project Settings” plugin then
“download button” and “sidebar content” work fine.

And my server is live and test redmine plugins almost.

Question: “Contact From” plugin needed another plugin in?
I was install “project_settings_hook” and “extended_fields” plugins
then “Sidebar content”, “Download button”, “Extended Profile” were working well.

No, Contact form does not require any other plugins...
