How to install sidebar_plugin 0.0.3

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how to install the sidebar_plugin?

I used version 0.0.2 and it’s ok, but when I installed the sidebar_plugin, I can not find the menu.

this is my installation steps
1. rename : sidebar_plugin
2. copy to vendor/pligins
3. rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production
4. restart server

but I can not find the permission and menu in setting?
