Redmine WikiNG - Bug #2436 (Incomplete): Autocomplete debounce does not work as expectedhttp://projects.andriylesyuk.com/issues/24362018-01-01T21:47:44ZAndriy Lesyuks-andy@andriylesyuk.com

To optimize load of
/mentions/autocomplete
I set the
debounce
option of jQuery textcomplete to 500 ms. This should have made the autocomplete function be called with the delay.

In practice, however, with this option set the autocomplete function sometimes is not getting called at all, ever. Usually, this happens, when I put just
@
or
user:
, i.e., a user link without any term (without a part of login, name or identifier). If, however, I add any character and then remove it (i.e., get the same
@
or
user:
in result), the autocompletion gets executed.

If I remove the
debounce
option, everything works as expected. This makes me think, that the problem is in how jQuery textcomplete handles the debounce.
SCM Creator (+Github) - Bug #2420 (New): Creating a Github repository failshttp://projects.andriylesyuk.com/issues/24202017-03-08T02:19:42ZMike Hagedon

When I enable Github in the SCM Creator settings, the plugin seems to crash on a sudo-requiring action. I have sudo mode turned off. Any ideas on how to fix this, or at least get more of a stack trace?

I found that you have rewritten _list.html.erb

At original file was:

<%= raw query.inline_columns.map {|column| "
#{column_content(column, issue)}
"}.join %>

You have changed it to:

<% inline_columns.each do |column| >
<%= content_tag 'td’, column_content(column, issue), :class ⇒ column.respond_to?(:css_classes) ? column.css_classes : column.name unless column.nil?%>
< end %>

now, when other plugin add new field as HTML, your code change it to HTML entries and HTML code is visible directly (it is not rendered as supposed)

Because of that I had problems with it at redmine_tags plugin. Issue is here: https://github.com/ixti/redmine_tags/issues/93

It would be nice if you can correct this issue.
SCM Creator (+Github) - Bug #2325 (Incomplete): Cannot add existing github repohttp://projects.andriylesyuk.com/issues/23252014-08-13T12:56:42ZMikalai Turyshau

Create a project without automatic repository creation

Add it a repository through ulterior configuration, with an “invalid” location (from the plugin’s point of view), eg. by not respecting the format (subdirs... ) (click on “save” instead of “create repo”)

Fix the location to make it respect the format

Location is OK, doesn’t exist; the “create repo” button doesn’t show up though

Maybe you should only rely on repository location respecting format, and really being accessible, to hide button (and not on the only fact that location is configured)?
TOC - Bug #1735 (Incomplete): Broken in new DokuWiki?http://projects.andriylesyuk.com/issues/17352011-05-04T22:31:12ZAndriy Lesyuks-andy@andriylesyuk.com

“Cancel” does not cancel Comment context

Orangutan::Redmine - Bug #1613 (Open): Guarantee that a notification will come to end userhttp://projects.andriylesyuk.com/issues/16132011-02-02T18:31:15ZAndriy Lesyuks-andy@andriylesyuk.com
Right now Orangutan notifies users about changes made to issues etc. But... There are several problems here:

If Orangutan crashes it won’t notify about changes made until crash (if he have not yet) – that is Orangutan should save the “pool” of notifications somewhere;

It does not take into account user’s Redmine notification settings (see #1029);

It does not send everything in a pool to a user – it sends only notifications less than 5 days old.

I’m not sure about the last. Are you interested in getting notifications older than 5 days?!..

If this should be done better I guess to inform users about older notifications this way:

Orangutan: ... <Actual notification 1> ...
Orangutan: ... <Actual notification 2> ...
Orangutan: ...
Orangutan: ... <Actual notification <N>> ...
Orangutan: There are 10 older notifications... Whould you like to check them?
User: Yes
Orangutan: ... <Old notification 1> ...
Orangutan: ...
