Description

Some of my applications have pages on third-party sites. To place them on project overview pages I added custom fields. For example, at the moment I have:
  • Softjourn - contains URL to Softjourn project page
  • SourceForge - contains URL to SourceForge project page
  • Redmine - contains URL to Redmine plugin page
  • DokuWiki - contains URL to DokuWiki plugin page
But this method has advantages:
  • All these custom fields are shown for all projects
  • URLs are not shown as links
It would be great to have a plugin which would allow adding "Links":
  • Name - for name users need to enter just link name (e.g. “Redmine plugin page”).
  • URL - the URL itself which gets rendered as a link on “Overview” page

Similar can be done by adding * <name>: <url> to the end of description... There will be a space between other fields and such description items but...
