Description

Just restarted Apache... The server went down with the message:

Dispatcher failed to catch: Broken pipe (Errno::EPIPE)

After that the site returned “Temporary unavailable” with a message in logs:

mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for dispatch.fcgi
