Sizing defaults for custom fields

Description
At present, I cannot specify a default size for long-text or wiki text, so these fields show up very small on the issue pages. The ability to resize with the window corner is an ok workaround, but it would be nice to be able to set a width/height so one didn’t have to resize fields every time.
