Description
Great plugin, but as a noob I’m struggling to achieve the following:
w’ve got a custom field (option field, select2 to have search capability) called “IT-Service”; based on changing the IT-Service, we would like to change/suggest an assignee (which can be overriden manually).
My idea so far: create a hash array, mapping IT-Services to users;
Would you see the Hooks Manager as an appropriate solution for this scenario?
