1. We estimate the project using a very short description
2. We write BRD (something like Business Requirements Document) containing updated estimation
3. We implement the project
4. We test the project
5. We write Release Notes containing changes and migration instruction

The Release Notes should contain a short report on how much days/hours were spent for each step...
