Description

While currently Orangutan is fast enough it is always good idea to have a profiler for code optimization...

The profiler should be turned on to work (either dynamically through Evaluate/special context or by special configuration option). The work of the profiler is to... log. Logging can be done into debug.log file or similar.

The main goal is to detect places/contexts which take much time to operate...
