For each custom OpenID source please specify the name and the URL pattern.

Consider using the template:

*Name*: "OpenID provider name":http://openid.provider.com/url
*URL*: @https://openid.provider.com/openid/url@

For example (a built-in source):

Name: Google
URL: https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id
