Meta description is not generated for project page when "fetched" by Facebook

Description
When I paste project overview page URL into Facebook as a link Facebook fetches this URL and extracts Meta description. For some reason this Meta description is still equal to “Redmine” while it looks correct when checking HTML source... I guess Facebook adds something to HTTP request. Not sure what this could be.

It looks like it was an issue with base.rhtml file... There wete two such files on the system - the core one and one in some plugin. Not sure why but sometimes worked the “wrong” file... After fixing both files the issue does not appear any more.
