Download Download Button 0.1.0

• Added the old version style for the “Download” button;
• Refactored the code to avoid patching core view files;
• Added support for Redmine 1.4.x, 2.0.x, 2.1.x and 2.2.x (closes #2034, #2126 and #2159);
• Fixed crash caused by removing the file, which was explicitly set for the “Download” button;
• Added Turkish translation (thanks Ismail SEZEN) (closes #2063);
• Updated Korean translation (thanks Ki Won Kim) (closes #2089).
