Description
I have just finished my Project Sections plugin, which adds a kind of project categories. One of the original ideas of this plugin (see #1777 and #2215) was to support per-section set of custom fields...
But now I wonder if this can be a feature of the Extended Fields... Such custom fields, like the issue ones, can be enabled or disabled in project settings.
Of course, sections seem to be better for this. But generally custom fields are out of scope for the Project Sections and are good here. Or not?..

By the way, the Project Sections plugin now adds the sections filter to project, version and issue custom fields.
