Description
The theme is capable of showing unapproved, spam and trashed comments (like Redmine shows private notes). But such comments are not returned by the comment query.
So, the comment query should be altered to include unapproved comments for admins.
The style of such comments should also be changed to use the Redmine private notes style by default.
