I think, all the images of WikiNG, including smileys, should be replaced with ones, which are twice bigger and, therefore, will look better on 4K displays.
Alternatively, some of them (or all) can be replaced with SVG images, or just HTML code. However, custom HTML code can cause issues in, e.g., PDF files (after exporting Wiki content), so this is to be investigated before implementing.
