Changes in 1.00¶

• Red-Andy is now the first responsive theme for Redmine (#2280)!
  At least, as far as I know... Responsive means, that it is usable on mobile devices.
• Added torn paper effect for gaps in the diff view (#2049).
  
• Wiki page and news article look and feel was made more “blogish” (#2121 and #2270).
  And this was done because:
• Red-Andy now supports the RedWord theme for WordPress!
  What means, that it can be used for WordPress as well (through RedWord)!
• Other fixes (including #1924, #2048, #2058, #2166, #2195 and #2254).
